This is the independent WEB site for the Society Hill at Piscataway Condominium Association, located in Piscataway, NJ. This site is not sponsored, endorsed, or supported by the Association, the Board of Trutees, or the Managment Company. It is run by a member of the Board of Trustees.
Much of the content from the prior Association's WEB site has been moved here. However, since this site is not connected to the management systems, it no longer supports on-line service requests, reminders, on-line payments and account history, and owner/tenant/vehicle updating.
If you are looking for the Association's official new WEB site, they don't really have one - it's just a payment portal for the monthly fees.
Censorship In Action by Kevin Wine, Jun 13, 2026, 11:16 PM, reply, branch, edit
This past Friday was another "candidate mass email" release. All 5 of us wrote one-page statements. Two of them, including mine, were missing from the distribution. I added the missing ones back in:
https://www.savethehill.org/Legal/2026CandidateEmail3.pdf
My statement was flagged as it allegedly violated the terms of the candidate mass email policy. Specifically, the first 4 paragraphs of my statement contained language that was "severe or pervasive enough to...substantially disrupt participation in the election process." All 4 of the original first 4 paragraphs are there for you to judge for yourself. I was notified via email of the violation with a very short deadline, but it went to my optonline account which I don't check every day so I missed the deadline to "correct" my statement.
The crazy thing is that on May 15th, the board distributed a mass letter reporting on the outcome of the recent board member removal lawsuit. In their letter, they failed to provide all the facts and distorted other facts. Shortly after that letter went out, multiple owners asked me if Mr. Marchitto was still qualified as a candidate. After reading the board's letter, they weren't sure if they could vote for him! The issues were raised to the same parties that censored my recent statement, yet nothing was done. I had to request ADR on the matter, which incidentally concluded last week with no agreement. In other words, it is OK for the board to mass distribute messages that "disrupt participation in the election process", but not for me.
This is why I accuse the current board leadership of running a dictatorship. They continue to find ways, indirectly, directly, or by coincidence, that favor them and disfavor their rivals. We just can't get a clean election. This is another setup for another legal fight.
